So last night I’m all snuggled up with my dog and my blankie scrolling through potential Super Bowl recipes. So much good lookin’, bad for you food.. I mean seriously, yum!
Which leads me to my dilemma:
Do I just embrace the cheese whizzy goodness of our favorite tailgate fare?
OR
Go the vegan-no regret-good for your heart (and waistline) stuff?
At some point I’m going to have to get off the fence and head to the grocery store so decisions need to be made.. 🙄 ..but as I often say when it comes to diet..it’s not what you consume during holidays and special events that matters most..it’s what you be eatin’ all those weeks and months in between the celebrations. 😉
