Better than yesterday..

My daughter sent me the photo above of her updated letter board yesterday. I love those boards, they are endlessly creative and an easy way to keep a motivating thought or quote within sight.

I thought about the simplicity of her words: “stronger than yesterday.” She is recovering from two major surgeries and that basic goal is so perfect..simply to be stronger than the day before..to do what it takes to keep moving in a positive direction- every. single. day.

Smarter than yesterday, calmer than yesterday, healthier than yesterday, more fit, focused, committed, resilient than yesterday..

The possibilities are endless..
